At Obagi Medical, we stand behind the efficacy of our skincare. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
